Theodore Health Center

The Health center has a Handi-Van! In addition to the  Handi-Van options, Maybe perhaps you'd like to be a volunteer driver? To help clients get to medical appointments. Full training is provided. You can drop by the health center anytime and pick up a volunteer application form or feel free to call the Sunrise Health region at 1-306-786-0468. Join the volunteer team to help in many other ways: Visiting Volunteers, Meals on Wheels, First Responders or maybe Palliative Care. There are many options as a volunteer.

The Health Center is a great facility with 19 long term beds. A fully staffed kitchen, recreational activities and a friendly home like atomosphere! Call for more information (306) 647-2115 or (306) 647-2375 The Home Care office, under the direction of Foam Lake, is located in the facility as well.
