  • If you would like to be a delegate to a meeting  the form is available below to download and print off.  Paperwork must be submitted prior to the meeting date.

Delegation to Council Form - Fill out and submit a minimum of 48 hrs prior to the next council meeting

Complaint Form - Fill out and submit prior to the next council meeting

Fire Permit Form - Download, fill out and return to the village office for approval by the Fire Chief.   

Pet License Application Form - Download, fill out and return to the village office.
